Role
The Sales Representative will work closely with senior management and is responsible for selling DELMIAWorks software, services, and implementation consulting.
This position is responsible for achieving revenue goals by identifying, building relationships, and pursuing new business opportunities in line with BrainSurf’s sales strategies.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in the manufacturing industry selling DELMIAWorks (IQMS). This person should be a self-confident, high energy, independent self-motivated, and quick-thinking individual that has strong motivation to exceed goals. The successful candidate must have a proven record managing a long sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business by developing relationships through cold calling, trade shows, referrals, and other lead generation techniques.
- Manage the entire sales process.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company growth objectives and drive sales quota.
- Write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate DELMIAWorks value proposition.
- Manage on-going relationships with existing customers.
- Travel to prospective clients and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the manufacturing industry selling DELMIAWorks (IQMS)
- Experience with CRM software
- Demonstrated a strategic approach and tactful persistence with prospective customers.
- Ability to confidently understand and present complex materials to high-level executives.
- Proven superb client management, expectation management and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
