Role
A DELMIAWorks (IQMS) Implementation Consultant at BrainSurf provides implementation leadership, functional expertise, and technical expertise around DELMIAWorks (IQMS), and involves business consulting, change management, end-user training, and project management. This is a hands-on role that requires in-depth knowledge of the DELMIAWorks application.
As a DELMIAWorks Consultant, you will work with existing clients on improving their utilization of DELMIAWorks, as well as work on complete DELMIAWorks implementations at new clients.
The person in this role can work from our headquarters in downtown Chicago or remotely (U.S. only).
Responsibilities & Key Challenges
- Ability to work with our clients to determine their business requirements and objectives, and tailor DELMIAWorks based solution to meet those needs.
- Ability to successfully implement the DELMIAWorks solution in the client’s environment.
- Recommend business process improvements to the customer and implement those recommendations.
- Able to work with client and other BrainSurf employees to quickly resolve issues impeding implementation or ongoing use of DELMIAWorks.
Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of DELMIAWorks
- 4+ year’s experience around manufacturing and ERP implementation consulting
- Strong change management skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistic processes.
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to set and manage client’s expectations
- Ability to work at client site and remotely
- Possess a strong sense of urgency to respond to client’s needs
- Ability to build long-term relationships with senior management at our clients.
- Ability to work as part of our team.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
