Full Job Description
Role

This position is responsible for achieving revenue goals by building relationships and pursuing new business opportunities in line with BrainSurf’s strategies and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction with existing clientele.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate would be a confident, high energy, self-motivated, and quick thinking individual that has strong motivation to exceed goals. Someone who is patient for a sometimes longer sales cycle with detailed follow-up necessary in order to determine the fit of prospective clients. Candidate should strive to surpass customer expectations with outstanding problem-solving skills and regular client engagement activities.

Responsibilities

– – Manage the sales process and establish relationships with clients
– Develop, coordinate, and implement sales and marketing plans to meet company growth objectives
– Attend meetings with and give sales presentations to current and potential clients (both virtual and onsite)
– Contact prospective customers to develop new business opportunities
– Establish clear expectations and guidelines throughout sales process and clarify when current clientele has questions
– Work with internal groups to ensure customer satisfaction
– Manage internal and external marketing and communication
– Organize, attend and document regular calls (quarterly) with current clients to discuss projects, problems and concerns
– Resolve customer complaints by assisting with the investigation of the problem, development of solutions, preparation of reports and recommendations to management
– Create, deliver and analyze regular surveys to assess customer satisfaction
– Travel less than 10%

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field required (Master’s Degree preferred)
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales (manufacturing industry background a plus)
– Experience with sales pipeline software (Salesforce preferred)
– Ability to confidently understand and present complex materials to high-level executives and upper management
– Superb client management, expectation management and conflict resolution skills
– Excellent organization, initiative, follow-up, and communication skills
– Strong writing, grammatical, and proofing skills
– Tactful persistence with clients
– Ability to work with a longer sales cycle
– Works efficiently and prioritizes well

Responsibilities

– Deploy and Migrate Desktops and Notebooks
– Support End Users for General Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite
– Resolve issues related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application IQMS
– Microsoft Active Directory Administration
– Prepare new hardware for integration in to customer datacenters
– Monitor critical applications and IT Infrastructure components

Qualifications

Field Technician (Part-Time)
Full Job Description
Role

Our part time technician typically performs service calls throughout the day during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Our field technician will work as the hands, eyes and ears at the customer location to help the Chicago infrastructure team perform needed support tasks. This position does not report to an office but travels to client companies and allows for a great deal of flexibility. You will be required to service equipment in both an office environment and on the manufacturing floor, which can be loud and dirty at times.

The Candidate

We are looking for a field technician that is an independent self-starter with the drive and interpersonal skills to perform nontechnical computer and network repair with the assistance of our infrastructure team in a manner that exceeds the customer’s expectations and solves their problems quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

– High School diploma with an Associate’s Degree or some college a plus
– Familiarity with computer hardware
– Dependable transportation with registration and insurance
– Must have cell phone for customer/management communication
– Ability to travel to customer location (up to 50 mile radius) including but not limited to Macedonia, Mantua, Tallmadge and Twinsburg. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
– Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment
– Excellent customer service skills (Most important factor of this position)
– Ability to work independently and initiate action
– Average hours will be 5-7 hours per week

De functie Junior Business Analyst binnen BrainSurf Europe B.V. is een zelfstandige en veelzijdige functie waarbij je remote ondersteuning zal verlenen aan BrainSurf klanten ten aanzien van inhoudelijke applicatievraagstukken die optreden tijdens het gebruik van de IQMS ERP-software. Daarbij vertaal je de informatiebehoeften die hierbij naar voren komen naar relevante (management)rapportages die gecreeërd worden in Crystal Reports of SQL en verbeter je het bedrijfsproces (zowel van de klant als intern) door verbeterpunten te signaleren en hiervoor nieuwe oplossingen aan te dragen op basis van best-practice. Het betreft geen technische functie en onze voorkeur gaat dan ook uit naar kandidaten met bijvoorbeeld een bedrijfskundige of logistieke achtergrond. Zowel starters als kandidaten met enkele jaren ervaring worden van harte uitgenodigd te reageren.

Het profiel:

– HBO werk- en denkniveau verkregen door opleiding en/of ervaring.
– Kennis van of ervaring binnen een productie-omgeving (bij voorkeur in de plasticverwerkende industrie).
